Good morning!
This beautiful home is where I spent 4 hours in with my colleague on Saturday. We hosted an open house and it felt great! The house was remodeled and incredibly staged. Despite the fact that it was our very first open house, the feedback was better than I expected. We really prepared ourselves studying the area, near neighborhoods and of course, the house which helped us feel more comfortable with any questions.
If you ask me, open houses can be fun & rewarding but there is a big amount of time that we spend preparing for it.

That's awesome Priscila; congrats on your first open house!! the house looks beautiful!! Do you like the shows Selling LA and Selling New York? They are two of my favorites. I love seeing all the gorgeous real estate and seeing the lengths the brokers will go to get things sold. It looks like such an exciting job!
