Hi!
It's a great day and I want to share the news. My license is active! Finally, it's actually active! Now it's official. Just a recap if you haven't followed my series(Tales of a new Broker): after attending the Real Estate licensing program, I took the exam and passed. After, I joined a brokerage agency that sent more paper work to the R.E. commission to process the license. All that took me 5 months. If you ask me, it's not too bad, but it does not take that long, usually. 
In the meanwhile, I attended a ton of classes and training which is always great. But now, I'm hunting for business. I'm fired up and ready for anyone who wants to sell or buy real estate in CO.
